dmose changed the Bugzilla Bug ID from 1581165 to 1581545.

Might be helpful to clarify "additional unit tests" and npm test … are run as part of treeherder including karma and sasslint and show up as "newtab". E.g., someone who is running into the failure might jump to this section to realize they can run the tests locally with npm test.
